Topography [1]

And Even Dust Can Burst into Flames

Walter Benjamin talks about how to live is to leave a mark. This project deals with how we are constantly producing changes in our environment, whether in cities or rural areas, making landscapes reflect ourselves. Some of the marks are made consciously, but those that are made through actions are those that are fixed in the collective memory. This installation is made of cobblestones typical of Berlin and some made of bottles of liquor that are in the street.
